I had the feeling of bugs crawling on my feet and was diagnosed with neuropathy shortly after that. Now I just get a pain like a bee sting or a slight electrical shock. ( I call it a zap) Some are more painful than others and some last a long time. Don't get these all the time but very frequently. Doctor told me that when I get these " zaps " a nerve is dying.
