Speaking of depression, below is a forward by Ron Sebol of LC-D. Ron has

given me permission to post anything of his that I feel is relevant,

provided there are instructions for subscribing to LC-D with it. The LC-D

list is more technical and speaks to Low Carb only, but many of those people

really know of what they speak (to the point they are sometimes a bit

difficult to understand). For you techies....you'll love it!!
