Greetings. The crust of the response is, if we really mean by understanding our

responsibilities towards MDGs and UNGASS DoC-2001, wherein we are totally

committed for their real implementaions in India.

We must recognise and participate with all those are in the stream and our

trusted NGOs working at the grass roots level, where NACO and their nodel

agencies just cannot reach and deliver their programmes, despite of a pyramid

organisational structure developed to reaching to the grass roots level of our

administration -Panchayat Raj.

I support Mr. JVR Prasada Rao in this respect. We must remind NACO and their

nodel organisations that the year 2015 is approaching fast.
