Have you tried some tea tree oil? If you don't have that some oil or

oregano might work, but I think you need to dilute that with other oil

before applying.

It's a fungus that likes moist places. So keep your hair and shirt

collar away from it so no sweat can build up there. Coating it with

some coconut oil might help, or a salt water pack (rag soaked in salt

water) since salt kills most kinds of fungi. I read somewhere that

fungal infections are common in people who are deficient in niacin.

Coating it with Lugol's iodine might help as well, but when I tried

that on a rash on my underarm it BURNED for 1/2 hour!!!

There's a back-of-the-neck rash that's typical of lyme. A leading

hospital in Australia is actually looking for it now to help with

diagnosis. Onset of lyme is often associated with feelings of

nausea, brain fog, sleep problems, and sometimes a flu-like episode.

I don't know enough about black walnut to reccomend it or not. Do you

currently take coconut oil? That's an excellent anti-fungal.

Neosporin works and even your doc will agree. Apply with circular motion over

the lesion for about 5 minutes. Do this every couple of hours. The scab will

disappear but it takes awhile to work.

Both my son and his dad had this a few months ago. It took son about 10 days to

get rid of it and dad about 3 weeks because he didn't use it often enough and

quit using it too soon. He got the hint he had to do it right and keep it up

til there was no sign of the problem, not even a small pink spot.

(Ducking) I HATE taking coconut oil. UGH. I have trouble taking ANY oil, for

that matter. The consistency of the oil...ew...though I try and cook with it as

much as possible.

But...if that will work for the RW...I will try to get it down.

I used to gag when I took any oil until I got my bile up to speed by taking

sweedish bitters. Another option would be to try emulsifying it first (make

mayo out of it), as that will reduce the need for bile acids.

there is an ointment called Teterine, which you can only find at the small drug

stores. It works wonders..

I just used tea tree oil to get rid of ringworm- I used to work in a

pet store and I was always getting it when I worked there. Even

though they say it is a different strain of ringworm that effects

animals- one not transmitted to people. Good luck! Bertie

My kids got ringworm from a cat we got from an animal shelter. I tried

tea tree oil, with no luck. I then tried neem oil, success.

you could try neem oil. it's stinky but effective. it is a natural

remedy for scabies and lice. it is anti-fungal, anti-parasite, etc.

it would be best to take it internally too as a tincture or co2

extract. don't do internal if you are pregnant or wanting to get

pregnant since it works as birth control too.
