I don't follow it exactly. I eat fish still. It says nothing about fish with the endo diet. I rarely eat eggs, cheese, or meat from chicken, beef or any other meat product. Mostly I just started eating alot more of the vegetables they suggested...Brussel sprouts, mustard greens, radishes, and of course brocolli. With the diet before that , I was eating a ton of eggs and cheese and chicken...all organic, but I think it really makes a difference if you cut back on these sources of protein and focus on getting protein from fish, nuts, legumes, seeds and beans. I also started eating steel cut oats, which is suggested in the endo diet, but may not be recommended by . I notice no fluctuations in my energy level after I eat them, so I will continue eating them. I also still eat plain yogurt or kefir, that is the only dairy I eat now. I feel like I need that at least. I just really

pay attention to how I feel after I eat certain things, especially at certain times of the month. I see improvement, but just last night I woke up gain from the pain of menstrual cramps. But yesterday I had a chicken vegetable soup that had rice in it...I think it may have caused some troubles. I'll do better today and see how I feel. I just listen to what my body is telling me. thanks Colleen, sounds like you've given it a lot of thought...and it seems with the fish it is doable...and the yogurt...I love yogurt and make my own.
