recommendation for pain

since dropping the paxil i am in pain all the time time from the

arthritis.

have it in my knees, back and hands. i keep going as best i can but

the pain is so unbearable.

what do you recommend?

(just to let you know that i could go thru a ton of rub on stuff and

get no relief. heat or cold work as long as either of them is applied

but effects go away too soon after taken away. hot bath is no good cus

cant get in and out of tub by myself.)
