good idea sweetie, I do rely on it, but I also do have vacation coming.

bink, can't take a week off, but I can call in sick tomorrow due to dental

problems, Great idea, hugs gs

Ps, I find that calling in sick after having a big " talk " helps the " talk "

resonate and sink in. If you keep behaving the sameat work, they don't see

why they should care. Also you are right, I have " rights " as the most

productive worker of the 4 of us.

Have you ever tried Relacore? It's a B-complex sold as a " lose belly

fat " compound, but actually we sleep FABULOUSLY when we take it before

bedtime. My stepmother used it through menopause too, it really

helped her deal with the stress & changes.

I am taking Bink's advice and taking a sick errr " mental health " day. Guess

what? I am perfectly happy and upbeat. SOOO, that's proof that it is work,
