Guest guest
HI: I am from Honduras , Central America. i was on several psychiatric drugs for almost 2 years (Risperdal, Lexapro, Cymbalta, Clonazepam, Alprazolam, Sertraline, etc). mainly due to some somatic problems (eye pressure, dizziness, anxiety, etc) After a slow weaning for 3 months I am drug free, thank God, since June, 2006. I am taking at this moment just Omega 3, a multivitamin, some Milk thistle, ginseng, royal jelly. All natural supplements. I have seen in this group that magnesium is a good mineral to overcome some anxiety and to sleep aid. What is the best source of Magnesium and at what doses? I am able to buy via Internet (Puritan's, for example) I will be waiting for your comments Thanks
