Applications are invited in the office of the Regional Training

Centre, Maulana Azad Medical College for the post of Medical Co-

ordinator for the Fellowship In HIV Medicine Course on or before 10-

05-07 4.00 pm.

Essential Qualification: MBBS

Desirable Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Skin & V.D./ T.B &

chest Diseases/ Child ealth/Obs & Gynae / Community Medicine

Criteria:

1. Good Knowledge on HIV/AIDS

2. Excellent Administrative and Coordination skills.

3. Knowledge of Computers (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

Internet) with very good working hand.

4. Excellent command over English (written and oral)

5. Report writing skills

6. Ability to work in Team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Would be responsible to the Course coordinators

2. Planning, implementing contact courses

3. Coordinating distance course

4. Coordinating follow-up with students and faculty guides, organising marking

5. Organising and conducting examination, project presentation, alumni meeting

6. In charge of documentation

7. Overall implementaion of Fellowship programme in HIV Medicine

8. Running advertisement, dissemination and selection process

9. This is a full time job. As and when required will have to stay back after

office hours.

Salary: 21,000/- per month (Consolidated)

Period: June 2007 – February 2008

Candidates have to produce original documents and testimonials in

relation to essential qualification and experience during interview.

Candidates without the mentioned essential qualification and

experience need not attend the interview.
