Ok, so I have a tin of cods roe, not smoked, no flavor, just cods roe. I bought

it on a whim.

Now what do I do with it?!

The serving suggestion has it on crackers but that doesn't sound good to me.

Maybe heat it up with some garlic oil?

I know it's canned, but I have a hard time finding fresh roe in stores. I figure

it's better than nothing.

Danae,

Me, I'd try it on a cracker maybe, and if that wasn't good enough to

continue, I'd mix it into enough canned salmon salad that I wouldn't

notice it. Or even better, fry some salmon cakes. Yes, of course you

could use tuna or whatever.
