Guest guest
Hi everyone - haven't posted for some time! Have been nc from nada for past 20 months and haven't had her to stay for 2 previous Christmases! Feeling empowered but sometimes the guilt threatens to overwhelm me. Something i find i wake up with in the morning is what my mum used to keep challenging me with from the age of about 8 until i left at 21. She used to say " there's nothing nice about you. Tell me what's nice about you! There's nothing nice is there? " I used to lie in bed as a little girl trying to think of answers to this. I find i still have it going around in my head. Did anyone else's nada have a stock phrase like this that they kept repeating over and over? jeanie
