Doctors HIV AIDS Forum in Patna

Dear Members,

" Patna HIV AIDS Doctors forum's " inaugural meet was organized by CIPLA and

coordinated by Dr Diwakar Tejaswi, Medical Director, RATNEI, IHO, on Sunday

26.8.2007 at Hotel Windsor, Patna. 13 Physicians from different specialities met

together ( Internist, Pediatrician, Dermatologists etc) and had good discussion

on initiation of 2nd line treatment and Pediatrics AIDS. WHO Pediatric AIDS

guideline 2006 was also discussed.

Although the number of participating physicians were relatively small but the

discussion were good and it can be regarded as a very good start. Next meeting

will be conducted on 16th September at the same place.
