I think many, if not most, of us are either gluten intolerant or celiac on

this list (at least those of us that are active posters). In my home, my

husband and I are gluten intolerant, one son is celiac and the other has

dermatitis herpetiformis (related to celiac).

It could be a lot of things, but I've heard it's often MSG, which

seems to have GRAS status, so doesn't have to be named on the label or

something like that.

LOL. I didn't realize this had come to NN. Thought it had gone to GFCFNN.

I was wondering why Betty wanted to know if there were some of us that were

gluten intolerant or Celiac on a gluten free list! LOL.
