Guest guest
You are correct, , however, the a program that reads PowerPoint Viewer can be downloaded free from Microsoft. Go to www.microsoft.com. select " Downloads " , check block for English, go to download block and click on " Keyword Search " , type PowerPoint Viewer in product name block, select your Operating System, then click " Find It " . The download can be done from the final screen. It takes a few minutes, unless you have cable modem, but is worth the time if you wish to be able to view PowerPoint programs and presentations. As a trainer with BSA, the PowerPoint program has become very the base of all instruction programs, and while I can view, I will also have to learn how to produce the programs. For that I will need the full program. Don
Guest guest
Don, I followed your procedure exactly and got "None Available". I fiddled around the download site, but still couldn't find it, so I tried Google. Good old Google found the viewer and I downloaded and installed. The PowerPoint presentation that sent worked fine. Go Boeing! Thanks for letting me know that a viewer is available.....................
