Guest guest
I've been dealing with some pretty bad adrenal dysregulation for the last 4 months. One symptom I've had is surges of adrenaline. This was more frequent in the beginning of the adrenal crash, and has faded over time. Or so I thought. This morning at 4 am, I woke abruptly to a violent rush of adrenaline, that had me pacing my living room for an hour. The sensation was very strong and my heart was beating really fast. Could these attacks be dangerous? I thought I was going to die. It has been awhile since I felt that, so maybe that shows at least a little improvement? I'm trying to keep stimulation down to a minimum, but in this area I live, most stimulation is unavoidable. About a week ago, my boyfriend's dog started barking frantically and my body responded with a half hour long panic attack. Is it possible I can recover so that my body will respond normally again? We're wanting to move soon to a quieter area, but I'm not sure I can handle that in this condition. I've been following the supplement protocol you suggested , except have changed the ps dosages to match the cortisol levels. Also, my acupuncturist suggested I stop the HY-C because I've started taking some other similar herb combinations (the basic rehmannia 6 ingredients for kidney yin). I can give you the names of those herbs if you need them. One last question - can the adrenals/kidneys cause newer, and very irrational, fears to develop? Examples of this would be my sudden fear of cloud cover, because it blocks out the sun, fear of nighttime, fear of living in this noisy/busy area, and for a couple of nights- a fear of the entire world. I've also been obsessively worrying about how I'm going to travel to a new house, if I can't even get 100 feet down the street from this house. I am meditating daily. Sorry if this is long and overwhelming. Thank you for all your help, Tonya
