I read a lot of the files and the introductory emails i received. i was thinking that a lot of the information about anxiety and decreasing stimulus was not needed for helping my stomach. but then i watched a tough basketball game and found my self much sicker. when i decreased the stimuli and added rescue remedy(flower essence)for the anxiety, i began to feel better, and it continued into today. thanks so much. I will continue this course and eat better. I have noticed a bit of confusion in my thoughts, i hope that gets better too. thanks so much...
