I see where the responses are related by the re and then the title of

the original message. thanks for the response,

Guess what, I've had some relief of my stomach pain. I read a lot of

the files and the introductory emails i received. i was thinking

that a lot of the information about anxiety and decreasing stimulus

was not needed for helping my stomach. but then i watched a tough

basketball game and found my self much sicker. when i decreased the

stimuli and added rescue remedy(flower essence)for the anxiety, i

began to feel better, and it continued into today.

thanks so much. I will continue this course and eat better. I have

noticed a bit of confusion in my thoughts, i hope that gets better

too.
