It is very unfortunate that the Lab Technicians are doing .counseling the

clients at VCTC centers. My understanding is that according to NACO guidelines

this is not permitted. Still how they are doing the counseling?.

I can’t understand this VCTC Staff problem, but I think, there should be male &

female counselors. If the counselors have to do out reach they should plan in

advance. By the way, are the VCTC counselors are supposed to do out reach? They

are the counselors; they should do counseling at the VCTC centers.
