Guest guest
Hello everyone. Until a month ago I had been taking 10mg/day of NADH for about 4 months. A couple of months ago I started taking 150mg/day of CoQ10. I noticed a marked increase in my energy level and a diminishing of my fatigue. I attributed the change to the CoQ10 and decided to forgo taking the NADH (to reduce my supplement costs). Some of you have noted in your postings that NADH wasn't really doing anything for your fatigue. I concluded the same. Well, I was wrong. Since I stopped the NADH I have been sooooo sleepy that I have difficulty driving and doing work at my job. I just received some NADH by mail and am so glad to have it again. I am bummed that I will need to build it back up in my system over the next month or so. Taking the various supplements available to us can be somewhat of a crap shoot in terms of any recognizable effect. At least for me, it is now readily apparent that the NADH is very helpful for combating fatigue. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
