Guest guest
Dear : I am reducing my dose of clonazepam every 10-12 days. At this moment I am taking just 0.15 mg daily, I am following the cornstarch suspension method you suggested in previous e-mail to the group. I have done it with good success. My question is: Do I have to take at this moment something for my liver? I have Gilbert's syndrome and I found that I am very very sensitive to almost all supplements and meds. I don't know if this is because of my condition (Gilbert) or is due to the drugs that I have taken. In the past I have taken Milk Thistle, but now I am not sure if is a good idea. I don't know if I take something for my liver my withdrawal can be disturbed. I have been an exercise lover always: is it a good moment to start on exercise now? or I have to wait until I finish my reduction (about March, 2009)? Thanks so much >> , first, reductions every 10-12 days is too fast. You need to slow down. It's all going to backfire on you at some point. I see no reason why you can't use milk thistle if you have previously used it with no problems. Exercise should be as tolerated. -- C
Guest guest
Thanks : You are right. I am going to slow down. I'll give more time between reductions, even that I am doing well at this rate, maybe at some point, it can cause some problems, I am very sensitive. I am going to start at a low dose of Milk Thistle again to see what happens. 2008/12/4 Duran Dear :I am reducing my dose of clonazepam every 10-12 days.
