Guest guest Posted November 25, 2008 Report Share Posted November 25, 2008 According to the plan that was set out for me, I just began taking .25mg clonazepam yesterday evening (I came off this much too fast and we're trying to calm my system down now). I was warned this may not be enough and I may need to increase the dosage. My question is this: How long do I wait, upon finding I need more, to start taking it, and if I do increase it, should it be .5mg all at once, or should I split the dose, taking .25mg in the morning and the other .25mg at night? It did calm me last night, but today it seems my body might be a tad more anxious than the usual it has been. Not sure how long I should wait.
