I really dont know. ** Answered privately -- the gist being running out of protocol supplements and doing procedures like acupuncture without discussing them (for those who are new, acupuncture is too stimulating for the majority of people in early recovery ( " early " = 1st year or so), and taking other supplements not discussed. --C
Guest guest
<<catherine, i did not know about acupuncture. this is a treatment i have been advised (i had already one session) for my achilles tendon. i get 4 niddles, 3 on my foot and one behind my knee. I know it works alongside a meridian. I did not feel any stimulating effects. I am supposed to get 6 sessions, spread every week. Is it all right for me to stay with this treatment? I have chronic problem with achilles tendon. Ultrasound did not really help. >> ** The kind of acupuncture people should avoid is that which treats the whole body and supposedly unblocks meridians. I must have missed something: what is step one and two?> ** You didn't miss anything. This was a statement directed to only. --C > > > > Is there anything that might be good to take right now between step 1 > > and two>> > > > > > > ** You're not between steps.
