Glad to have found group

Hello all:

Let me say first how glad I am to have found this group. This post

will be my initial, very general post. I have been in the throes of

some major suffering for quite a long time as a result of withdrawing

from psychotropic drugs much, much too fast. I am just beginning my

journey toward healing with (whom I am also thankful I have

met). I am one very scared, anxious and depressed person, and right

now, I think I could benefit from anyone who would take a little of

their time to share their journey, including the physical and the

emotional trauma they experienced during the tapering and withdrawal

process. It helps me to see that I certainly am not alone on this

journey.
