Guest guest
Diet coke is really bad too. Aspartame is an excitotoxin and as the name suggests it's a poison.People do get sensitive to vitamins and especially B vitamins...you might want to try living or whole food vitamins. You might find you tolerate those better. Garden of Life makes whole vitamins and so does Buried Treasure. It's a whole new world of stuff you have to get familiar with...it takes a while but it can be done...good wishes, Hi: That's very interesting all about Coke. i think it is not thes same on Diet Cokce right? I have a question: I am free from Psych drugs (two AD, several antyanxiety drugas, a couple of antiseizure drugas, two antypsychotics and sincerely is a long list that I don't remember well, since June 2006, but for some reasons i have found that my system has been changed because now I am very sensitive to majority of supplements and some foods. Is ther any chance that B complex can cause nervousness? When I take a pill from B complex I feel very nervous and I have stopped taking that for that reason. Can anyone make an input about?, I can't take almost any supplement because of side effects, or very sleepy or on the other hand very anxious. Thanks so much > Hi there, > > I'm glad you posted your food log here and were honest about it. No > need to be embarrassed.
