Guest guest
Hello Everyone, The feeling of your head being stuffed with cotton comes from the changes made to your brain structure by the drugs you've taken. Neurons are misfiring and making connections they shouldn't be making or making no connection at all. This is not something you can address other than indirectly with a good supplement protocol, whole foods, and 'food' for your spirit and emotions. Time will change this. How long of a time? Again, this id totally individualized. What I can tell you though is that discontinuing these`drugs slowly will result in the quickest recovery time. Discontinuing them abruptly will result in a prolonged recovery time, more adverse reactions, and in some instances, will leave you with some permanent symptoms (please don't panic and ask me which ones. This is not something that can be answered). Naturally, another factor is the more drugs you took and the longer you took them, the longer it will take to recover from them. Again, most important is to keep yourself well-fortified giving your body what it can utilize in healing. Healing is difficult work. Remember, most of you took these drugs for years. It is unrealistic to think you can be healed from their ravages in aq few months. I understand that when givien these`drugs you were not aware of the aftermath of them. It's a challenge to wrap your brain around the truth about these drugs. But you do know the truth now and your attention and efforts need to be on recovery.
