Theanine and Magnesium

Hi:

Just to update:

I have started L-Theanine 100mg twice a day since yesterday. Feel no effects yet. I am stay on this dosage for a week to see some results

For Magnesium: I have bought Magnesium citrate. I am planning to add this next week on a dosage of 200mg in the morning and 200mg about 2-3pm to start.

I want to start my level dosage low. I have seen that I am very susceptible to several supplements.
