Dear All,

The Nasscom president and the participating BPOs may be advised to ensure proper

counselling and psycho-social support to their personnel working under lot of

occupational and personal tension rather than venturing into the misadventure of

a pre-placement (or any time later)mandatory HIV screening which is unethical

and does not serve any purpose either for the employer or the employee.

On this 26th of June let us all pledge that we all, including the young force,

will always say an emphatic NO to all psychotropic drugs and narcotics.
