on thurdsay i a had relaxed feeling going through my body where before

i a had no feeling in my body. i think either i waited an extra day

to quit or i had accidentally not taken it one day and took it the next.

sleep was easy then but now it requires a little helpo from my herbal

stuff and i dont dream. when will this where off?
