Veena,

I am so sorry that you are feeling so badly! You are in a difficult

position to have to balance so much, and to take so much into consideration

all the time.

I hope you do not have to put off your surgery, but I am sure that you know

best what you can and can not withstand right now.

Please know that I am thinking of you and wish that were enough to make you

feel better.

I have been reading here time and again that we should ask for a copy

of our test results. Are we entitled to them? I live in Canada and am

fairly new here so dont know thw OHIP too well. Can anyone passon any

Hi Loretta,

I've not heard of the test but I've heard of the drug. I've been given

adenosine twice in the ER. In the ER they were using it to slow my heart rate

down. It was in and out of my system in a matter of seconds.

I imagine it may be given in different dosages (and may even work differently)

if they are performing some longer tests on you.

I'm sure an internet search will give you some info about the test.
