I received the herbs you recommended in the consultation. I

unfortunatley have not seen any improvement in my condition, but it has

only been two days since I have used them. My last 10mg valium was

taken on approx December 15th so that is five 10mg valium pills total

since end of November 2008. Last time I drank alcohol was Thanksgiving

Eve.

I am still stuck in an endless cycle where I am exhausted but when I

try to sleep my heart pounds and keeps me awake. I have tried deep

breathing, self-massage, turning all the lights off, no more loud

music, and nothing seems to relax me enough so I can sleep. Is it

possible for you to give me a time frame as to when I'll return

to " somewhat normal " which is how I was from July 2007 to November

2008? Is there a time frame you can give for a full and complete

on numerous factors. Also, it is rare to experience a " full and complete

recovery " . These drugs cause permanent alterations. You will feel better than
