Guest guest
<<My endocrinologist has recommended I receive B-12 shots every 4 to 6 weeks. Due to the fact that I am in the beginning stages of treatment from my chemical injury and withdrawal, and I know that my body and organs are in a state of shock, I was wondering if getting this shot was really the best idea. I had a blood test right before receiving the shot and it showed the B-12 was well within the normal range. After getting the B12 shot yesterday, I noticed that today I feel much more anxious than normal. Can B12 shots, which the endo says is innocuous, still affect the chemically injured person like myself?>> ** No B12 shots for people who have been discontinuing or have discontinued psychotropic drugs. It is too stimulating. B12 can be taken as part of a complete formula or in small doses in the form of methylcobalamin. --C
