I feel like i am spinning my wheel in terms of treament (w/response)

I feel like im realy ungrounded in terms of where to go treamtments

wise and just knowing the right thing. I had this big period of

questioning my therapist and naturopath. It felt like something

changed like the laws of the comsos changed when i had the tobacco

incident. I guess part of it just having this patch where i cant

seem to get anywhere.>>

** you want more progress faster than it is possible. After 6

months on phase one, we can go to phase 2. You're trying to recover from years

of neurological trauma. It's not going to happen in a few months. There will

be times when you can't see a change. It's impossible for you to see every

little change as it occurs in your body.

Don't let your impatience push you into acting out of frustration. This

doesn't work for anyone.
