Patna: RATENI Training on HIV AIDS Prevention and Education

Dear All,

nternational Standard 5 days training on " HIV AIDS Prevention and Education "

successfully concluded at SCADA Business Center, Patna on 23rd of February 2007.

Principal Patna Medical College and Dean Faculty of Medicine, Patna University,

Dr M L Verma inaugurated the training session on 19th of February. Altogether 50

participants from different states of India and Nepal participated in the

training.

International experts from USA included Mr ston, HIV AIDS Hepatitis

Coordinator, Wyoming State Dept. of Health, USA and Senior Public Health

Specialist, Harvard School of Public Health and Vice President International

Health Organization, Ms Pramila Vivek.

Next Modular training on HIV Prophylaxis, Treatment, Care and Support for

Doctors is scheduled from March 19th till 23rd, 2007. It is important to note

that training tuition fee is waived.
