Dear All,

When I heard about the consultation of " Universal access to HIV prevention, care

and treatment for all by 2010.

I am very happy that at National Level at last there was platform to address the

challenge of Universal Access to Prevention Care & Treatment in India.

I am also concerned about the recently release Government of India Union Budget

for 2007-08. Govt of India reduced universal access only to blood screening and

safe blood, What about people who are in need of AIDS treatment.
