Guest guest
I'm having a hard time finding a book or cookbook for low iodine diet? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks TT 3/5/02 RAI scheduled for May 02 Papillary Re: Parsley has iodine Everything has iodine in it. What matters is how much iodine and how much parsley you eat in a day. Far too many popular nutrition articles in magazines tell you " X is full of Y which is wonderful for reversing the ravages of modern lifestyles. " Please find out some numbers for parsley before acting on this advice. Ian > I read today that parsley has iodine in it. Did we already know we > should avoid this while on LID? It includes guidelines, a great snack list, and lots of recipes contributed by thyroid cancer survivors. Cherry tt 6/99 papillary, RAI 8/99, clean scans 10/00 and 1/02 > I'm having a hard time finding a book or cookbook for low iodine diet? > Does anyone have any suggestions?
