Guest guest Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Hi we need to get a good brand of Fish Oil. Can you all share with me the ones you take. Yes we take lot's of Green Pastures CLO. We need to up our Om3's (DHA and EPA right?) can you share with me other ways besides the Fish Oil to up the good w/o upping the bad? TIA, I attempted to search old posts but some non relevant stuff comes up too.
