Years ago I found an academic reference which said flax seed was high in

phytase. I tried to find the reference again a couple months ago to no

avail. So, I've been using a few T ground flax seed in my oat soaks

based on the hope that my memory is right. Sigh.

How is your thyroid function? Rhetorical question.

I've heard anecdotal evidence that flax is another thyroid suppressor. I

searched for research on that and was unable to find it. But, it isn't worth it

to me, if it is true, so I gave up the flax.
