Guest guest
As for tetanus, most say to get the wound to bleed as profusely as possible- squeezing the surrounding area not the wound itself- it helps to wash out any infectious agent (including tetanus). desh
Guest guest
We'll see if it changes if my son actually does step on a rusty nail, but this is what I have decided to do instead of tetanus shot: try to get it to bleed (for the below reason), flush it with raw apple cider vinegar, keep it scrupulously clean, scrub the surface quite often to keep the top of the wound from closing over until it heals from underneath (oxygen does something like inhibit the tetanus bacteria). S. Mendelsohn is a big hero of mine, and I need to go back and read what he said about tetanus shots in _How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of your Doctor_. Guest guest
It seems like there is a homeopathic remedy to treat tetanus. Anyone know anything about this? > > We'll see if it changes if my son actually does step on a rusty nail, > but this is what I have decided to do instead of tetanus shot: try to > get it to bleed (for the below reason), flush it with raw apple cider > vinegar, keep it scrupulously clean, scrub the surface quite often to > keep the top of the wound from closing over until it heals from > underneath (oxygen does something like inhibit the tetanus bacteria). > > S.
