Guest guest
No I dont know of any but I sure found the best fudge recipe that is 5 minutes simple and no cooking and the taste is heavenly!! You do have to put in the fridge or freezer but sure is worth it. Here it is. Raw Fudge 1/2 cup raw cacao powder 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil 1/2 cup agave nectar 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Mix all ingredients and pat into a square 5X5 inch bowl and chill for one hour in the fridge or 30 minutes in freezer. Cut into squares and serve. You will be the hit of the party with this!!! --- In , <slethnobotanist@...> wrote: > > I have taken the cocoa candies recipe and altered it creating > something akin to an almond joy candy bar which I loved as a kid. Guest guest
I don't know if this will help but... I made the macaroons recipe in NT and didn't bake them as long, I got them out while they were still soft but begining to form and rolled them into balls. I had made the carob sauce recipe while they were in the oven and then rolled the coconut balls in the carob suace put the balls on parchment paper and put in the freezer to set up and then stored in the refrigerator. They were really good and reminded me of Mounds. My husband and children loved them. --- In , <slethnobotanist@...> wrote: > > I have taken the cocoa candies recipe and altered it creating > something akin to an almond joy candy bar which I loved as a kid. Guest guest
That sounds really good. How about giving us the recipe for them? You know the raw cacao chocolate is very good for you. Check it out on the internet. I am so glad to learn this too. > > > > I have taken the cocoa candies recipe and altered it creating > > something akin to an almond joy candy bar which I loved as a kid. Guest guest
here's a halvah recipe that i made up. i use arrowroot to stretch the tahini, but you don't need to if you don't wanna. 1 c. tahini 1 c. coconut 1/4 c. arrowroot starch 1/4 c. honey 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. vanilla 1 t. cinnamon 2 dagoba chocolate bars (70% or 85%) chopped crispy pecans makes 10 mix tahini, coconut, arrowroot, honey, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. roll into 5 " snakes. melt chocolate and pour over the individuals. sprinkle with pecans. let harden in fridge...then it's portable. if you don't want the sugar in the chocolate, you can use baking chocolate, melt it, add in butter or coconut oil, and molasses (makes a nice truffle by itself that you can add raisins or nuts into). cheers, sabine. ____________________
