Guest guest
I wanted to get some liver support and rather than overpay for supplements which may or may not have fillers which agree with me or not I was thinking of buying these pure organic powders in bulk but I wouldn't know how much to take since they are not in individual capsules. Anyone ever done this before?

Anyone ever done this before? To the degree possible, I buy pure powders in bulk rather than pre- encapsulated formulations in order to save money and avoid fillers. Often bulk powders will come with a rough volume-weight equivalency, i.e. 1/4t is approximately 400mg, or something to that effect. For anything that doesn't require precise dosing, that's usually good enough. -

Anyone ever done this before? I wouldn't buy either one of these in powdered form. I would source them from a place like Pacific Botanicals and make my own tinctures from the dried bulk herb if fresh is not available. -- I will say that unless one is in some kind of daily, personal dynamic, be it marriage or monasticism, one will never truly see themselves. Yup, which is why I mentioned Pacific Botanicals, one of the best quality sources in the nation for fresh and dried herbs. -- I will say that unless one is in some kind of daily, personal dynamic, be it marriage or monasticism, one will never truly see themselves.
