I wanted to get some liver support and rather than overpay for

supplements which may or may not have fillers which agree with me or

not I was thinking of buying these pure organic powders in bulk but I

wouldn't know how much to take since they are not in individual

capsules. Anyone ever done this before?

To the degree possible, I buy pure powders in bulk rather than pre-

encapsulated formulations in order to save money and avoid fillers.

Often bulk powders will come with a rough volume-weight equivalency,

i.e. 1/4t is approximately 400mg, or something to that effect. For

anything that doesn't require precise dosing, that's usually good

enough.

I wouldn't buy either one of these in powdered form. I would source

them from a place like Pacific Botanicals and make my own tinctures

from the dried bulk herb if fresh is not available.

I will say that unless one is in some kind of daily, personal dynamic,

be it marriage or monasticism, one will never truly see themselves.

Like it or not in either of these situations there is inescapable

feedback on one's character and choices...There is a built in reality

gauge in living in an intimate vowed relationship that cannot be

simulated otherwise.

Hi,

Friendly reminder from a previous post, Fresh Is Best. Those weeds grow

everywhere, extract you own for maximum effect, no matter what stregth the

companies claim, no company can match a living product found out in nature, free

to harvest.

Thanks,

Good reminder, always consider the source as trustworthy first, that is a

given.

Best regards, Jim

Yup, which is why I mentioned Pacific Botanicals, one of the best

quality sources in the nation for fresh and dried herbs.
