It increases your cravings for sweets. It makes my joints ache terribly. I personally, would rather eat sugar than aspartame. Try drinking herb tea with no sweetener. The Celestial Seasoning Wild Berry is great. Also the peach and the raspberry. It is just a matter of changing your habits. Good luck. Guest guest
Dear lucky, Yes there are carbonated springs. No this will not oxygenate the body. Carbon dioxide dissolved in water will produce a small amount of carbonic acid. Definitely not user friendly. Best of Health! Guest guest
Dr. Saul. This is a question I have had for along time. Sounds like you know the answer. Perhaps have already answered it below and I just don't understand. So my question is, " Is naturally carbonated water, like carbonated spring water, just as bad for you as man made carbonated water? " Thanks, Donna -----Original Message----- Dear lucky, Yes there are carbonated springs. No this will not oxygenate the body. Guest guest
Dear Donna, Usually naturally carbonated water has some minerals in it, because it got its CO2 from bubbling through limestone. Manmade carbonated water is unlikely to have the same. Best of Health! Dr. Saul Pressman, DCh, LOH Re: sparkling water > Dr. Saul. This is a question I have had for along time.
