For me, aspartame is like a poison. It increases your cravings for sweets.

It makes my joints ache terribly. I personally, would rather eat sugar than

aspartame. Try drinking herb tea with no sweetener. The Celestial Seasoning

Wild Berry is great. Also the peach and the raspberry. It is just a matter

of changing your habits. Good luck.

Dear lucky,

Yes there are carbonated springs.

No this will not oxygenate the body.

Carbon dioxide dissolved in water will produce a small

amount of carbonic acid. Definitely not user friendly.

Best of Health!

Dr. Saul. This is a question I have had for along time. Sounds like you know

the answer. Perhaps have already answered it below and I just don't understand.

So my question is, " Is naturally carbonated water, like carbonated spring water,

just as bad for you as man made carbonated water? "

Thanks,

Donna

Dear Donna,

Usually naturally carbonated water has some minerals in it,

because it got its CO2 from bubbling through limestone.

Manmade carbonated water is unlikely to have the same.
