Val,Please listen to , I know that you are probably thinking right now that it would be awful to go back on a drug you are so so desperate to be off of, but honestly speaks the total truth. I know it is hard to trust as you are new here, and everything is very scary and weird for you right now. So if you can't trust what we say, look back at old posts from teh groups, find the posts where people tried to come off these poisons like you are doing......their predicaments will show you the truth speaks. We are passionate about what we are doing for the simple reason that we have seen people like you pass through here so many times, it is awful to have to watch anyone go through these withdrawals even when they reduce very slowly, it is worse still seeing people like yourself. I hope you can find that reason to do as says.With love and understanding
