Guest guest
The instructions I have seen regarding drinking food grade h202 is that it should be done 1 hour before meals and 3 hours after. Does this need to be strictly adhered to in your experience? For me, it makes it hard to time. I am a " grazer " in terms of the way I eat. Also, is it ok to double up? I mean, I am drinking a few drops in water 3 times a day. If I miss once, can I just add more drops the next time I drink it? -

Ok, well in that case, I will just have to slowly build up doing it twice a day, because I can't do three times a day. I have read that people taking h202 before bed, sometimes can't get to sleep, so I have been avoiding taking it directly before sleep. > > > Also, is it ok to double up? This morning (I hadn't read your post yet) I doubled-up and I got a little bit nauseous with headache. - Things fall apart; the center cannot hold; Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world, The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere The ceremony of innocence is drowned; The best lack all conviction, while the worst Are full of passionate intensity. -WB Yeats ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
