Just as a little background... my Nada divorced my father when I was

just three years old and raised my sister and I as a single parent. We

rarely had money, and were usually some of the poorest kids in class.

There were no San Fransisco jeans or Cassidy jackets in my

closet. (Boy does that date me or what?)

Anyway, now as an adult I see why we didn't have any money...my NADA is

horribly irresponsible. She spends money on the stupidist things, and

then expects everyone else to bail her out. When we say no she wipes

out her Screen Actors Guild card and puts in the best of performances.

Mostly it is to tell us awful we are of course, and how now she won't

have groceries to eat.

Does anyone else experience this kind of behavior?
