Guest guest
Haecklers, Not what you are asking however for modern times is rebounding is the only exercise know to move the lymphatic system. Rebound exercise cleans the lymphatic system by causing the body's lymph fluid to flow. There is three times more lymph fluid than blood in the body. This fluid bathes all the cells in the body and carries nutrients for the blood to the cells. The lymphatic system has been called: the vacuum cleaning system of the body, the garbage collector of the body, and the immune system. Beneficial effects of rebounding on the lymphatic system http://www.healingdaily com/exercise/effects-of-rebounding-on-the-lymphatic-system.htm http://www.cancerchoices.com/Rebounding.htm http://www.healingdaily com/exercise/rebounding-for-detoxification-and-health.htm From: haecklers What makes this key in importance is Naessen's theory that the clogged/congested lymphatic system is a major contributor to cancer and other chronic diseases. Guest guest
As will any exercise like that. T-Tapp advertises it is specifically for improved lymph flow. Even my beloved club-swinging does it - repetitive movement that involves whole-body muscles up and down, etc etc. (that's why clubs were a 3d part of yogic practice 4000 years ago - meditation and poses don't have that effect) I think maybe Kathy was talking about " scientif studies " and the rebound people have funded some. Other movement can also do it. Guest guest
My point is that you don't have to buy a piece of equipment. Jumping jacks will accomplish the same function. Recently, I was at a seminar that suggested just bouncing with your knees bent, without the feet leaving the floor will also accomplish that. And you should do that for 10 minutes a day!
