Guest guest
does anyone know why sources of Lugol's iodine are limited to one bottle per transaction on various sites per DEA/FDA regulations? and also why there is a limit to the strength of iodine you can purchase? what is the issue with taking iodine as a supplement? why is it being regulated so heavily? amanda
Guest guest
I've been using iodine as a deoderant too! I use the Lugol's kind (when it's winter I don't care if it browns my armpits!) and it works really well. So far I've been alternating it with the " crystal deodorant " which I think is alum (aluminum - ack!). I can't use any store deodorant because I get horrible painful rashes! ~I have just discovered white distilled vinegar as deodorant! It is great! Put a little on a cotton ball and dab on, let dry. No smell; mine or the vinegars! Works great for 24 hours!
