Hi, I've done a little research on salba. From what I gather, its basically a

name brand of salvia hispanica. You remember the chia pets? Well, as it turns

out, those little guys are one of the most nutritional pets you can have around!

The confusion between salba and chia are the color of the seeds. But from what I

can understand, black and white seeds are almost equally as nutritious. Although

the advertisers will tell you differently. I can't see paying 5 times as much

for one color seed over another. So in a nut shell.. eat your chia pet.
