Hmmm... The three major serine proteases are trypsin, chymotrypsin and

elastase. I did take pancreatin for a while and the brand I was taking

contains trypsin, but I can't find reference that it contains the other

two. I did find a Jarrow brand pork pancreas based supplement that claims

to contain all three: http://www.jarrow.com/product/324/Jarro_Zymes_Plus

I can't say for sure, but after a quick google the difference appears to be

that the serine proteases are not available from vegetarian protease

supplements.
