Lacto Fermented Drink-Need a little Help Please

Hey all, I have 2 brews on the go at the moment, Passionfruit Brew and

a Ginger Brew..the PF one is coming along like a charm( 1st time I have

done PF--- i have had a few sips and it taste like a tropical punch its

devine)

This is the 2nd time i have done a ginger brew, im day 5 of the ferment

and I cannot see any bubbling at all..it smells great ,I;ve had sips

and it taste great but no bubbles..the bug i put in was lovely and

bubbling(active) when I put it in.. So do i just need to give it more

time or does the flatness mean it has not worked?

Any advice is greatly appreciated
