The pancakes mix I have has 22g protein in 47g of pancake. still was able to have fruit with it. He absolutely loved them! 3.6 KGD 11/00 & Jenna 12 weeks Keto Pancake Mix ? I ordered some of the Keto pancake mix but when I tried to figure a meal it says I can only use 6gm. MaKenzie only gets 4gm of protein per meal. Does this sound right? For those of you who use this, are your children older and able to have more protein? I know she would love these! Thanks!
