Patti -- This is a great coincidence. I saw this,

too, and was going to post on it. When you go to

their site, the supplement they recommend is ProEPA,

which is made by Nordic Naturals (pure, no mercury,

etc.) and is available at kirkmanlabs.com or, if you

order from www.shop-in-service.com, part of the

proceeds goes to the Cherab foundation referenced in

the article. There was a lot of discussion on this at

the DAN conference and on the enzymesandautism board.

Apparently, the EPA is coming to the forefront as more

beneficial than DHA -- but the key is balance. At any

rate, I ordered it. . .figured what the heck. I'm

using a fish oil now, but this is a more balanced

blend of Omega 3s and 6s.--D

hi...do u have to ask dietian to measure how much to use fish oil in the menu planner? just wonder.
